All client information is treated as fully confidential and all information disclosed during and after consultation shall remain totally confidential.

Client records are kept in a safe place and locked away.

​

You will be treated with care and respect at all times.

​

Please ensure you come for treatment freshly showered and not straight from work or the gym.

​

Client modesty shall be maintained at all times by the use of towel coverage.

​

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatments.

​

Unfortunately I am unable to treat pregnant women as you need to have completed prenatal training courses to do so.

​

If you are receiving treatment for a medical condition from your GP, hospital or other health practitioner, it is recommended that you inform all concerned that you are receiving massage treatment.

​

Please endeavour to give me 24hrs notice if you are unable to make your appointment as I may have to charge.  A late cancellation or missed appointment will mean that a client waiting will not get the chance to have a treatment and I lose income.
